Rob Holmes - Founder & Chief Strategist

Rob founded GLP in 2008 with the simple goal of building a unique and successful production and marketing company committed to award-winning authentic storytelling on important global issues. Rob has a diverse background in multi-media production, storytelling, conservation, tourism, and entrepreneurship. Prior to GLP, Rob has worked with leading organizations, including The Nature Conservancy, Appalachian Mountain Club, Woodland Park Zoo, Trails.com, and REI.

An award-winning photographer, Rob has worked, studied, and traveled across 80+ countries. When he has time, Rob loves anything in the outdoors, trail running, woodworking, and anything media. Rob received a BA from Hobart College in Wildlife Management, along with an MBA from the University of Washington in International Business, Marketing, and Environmental Management.

Matt Weatherly - Production Supervisor

Matt Weatherly - Production Supervisor

Matt is responsible for supervising the technical production aspects of GLP’s expeditions, and also manages the post production process. Matt is a dedicated video editor, and also enjoys shooting with a variety of cameras. He spends a ridiculous amount of time trying to find the perfect spot to mount a GoPro. He enjoys traveling anywhere and everywhere, and relishes the opportunity to tell stories with GLP. Matt grew up in Tennessee and now resides in Colorado with his lovely wife and son. 

Matt graduated from the University of Memphis with a concentration in Film and Video Production. He can frequently be seen running and hiking throughout Colorado, and dropping discs while playing Ultimate.

 
Laura Knudson - Director of Marketing

Laura Knudson - Director of Marketing

Laura is responsible for finding the best ways to share client films with diverse audiences. She works directly with clients to identify their marketing goals and help develop a strategic and comprehensive marketing plan for their film campaigns. Laura has spearheaded multiple campaigns to produce and distribute content to major markets across the USA and globally, including campaign partnerships with leading media publications, NGO’s, and travel brands.

She has a passion for storytelling, writing, wildlife (especially okapis), photography, avocados, and pretty much all things Africa. You can often find this shutterbug daydreaming of African safaris at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Laura graduated from University of Redlands with a double major in Environmental Studies and Creative Writing, and is an alumnus of the School for Field Studies (SFS) Kenya.

Jenny Ersbak - Director of Strategic Partners & Associate Producer

Jenny Ersbak - Director of Strategic Partners & Associate Producer

Jenny is responsible for fostering film production collaboration between GLP and leading organizations and brands across the globe.  She brings a strong background in sustainability through her previous work with adventure travel start-up, AdventureLink, Inc. and continues to cultivate her passion for conservation via various volunteer projects.  

Jenny currently calls Kauai home and (when not glued to her MacBook Pro) can be found traversing razor-sharp ridgelines, sweating it out in spin class, devouring a good book, praying her boyfriend buys her a puppy (pleeeeease), and planning her next epic adventure.  Jenny graduated from UC San Diego in 2006 with a BA in Media Art.

Andrew Morrison - Business Development & Partnerships

Andrew hunts for compelling stories in travel that must be told. His life-long global experiences coupled with his passion for research and trend forecasting allow him to establish the framework for GLP Films’ successful content marketing campaigns. If Andrew isn’t at a trade show talking to clients about storytelling and marketing strategies perhaps you’ll find him scuba diving in a remote atoll or singing karaoke at your local pub.  

 
Hilary Lewkowitz - Research & Development Manager

Hilary Lewkowitz - Research & Development Manager

Hilary supports content strategy for GLP Films, including researching, writing and editing high quality thought leadership. She worked extensively in the fields of conservation biology and outdoor education before finding her way into the sustainable tourism realm. Hilary holds a BS in Environmental Science from Humboldt State University and an MS in Sustainable Tourism Management from the University of Utah.

Hilary has lived all over the Western U.S. and traveled extensively throughout the globe. She now calls Southwest Colorado home and enjoys exploring the mountains and desert with her husband and big fluffy dog. 

Amber Dunlap - Marketing Coordinator

As GLP’s Marketing Coordinator, Amber is responsible for publishing and promoting our latest storytelling content across social media and digital channels.  She is a writing and research guru, wearing many hats under the “marketing” umbrella at GLP Films.  Amber is in love with craft beverages, anything local to her home base of Colorado, trail running, and adding stamps to her passport
